Local Community Resources

Can St. Luke's help me?

If you are facing a difficult time, please know that you are not alone. St. Luke's Episcopal Church believes in caring for our neighbors with compassion and dignity.

While our discretionary assistance fund is limited, we may be able to provide emergency, short-term assistance in certain situations, such as a tank of gas or a single night's lodging, depending on available funds and individual circumstances. Because our resources are limited, we are unable to meet every request. Additionally, we have a policy of helping an individual once per calendar year.

We encourage you to explore the community organizations listed here. These trusted local agencies offer a wide range of services, including food assistance, housing support, utility assistance, healthcare, counseling, and other essential resources. They are often better equipped to provide ongoing or specialized help.

If you have questions or would like to inquire about emergency assistance from St. Luke's, please contact our church office. We will do our best to assist you or connect you with the resources that best meet your needs.

Our office is open Tuesday through Thursday 10am-3pm
